We are here to help you develop the skills that you need to change the trajectory of your life. We achieve this through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Choice Theory and Reality Therapy.
Williams Glasser, the founder of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy said, "It is impossible for anyone, even the most ineffective among us, to continue to choose misery- after becoming aware that it is a choice."
